The Sehan YFA50N-P is a brushless ESD robot screwdriver for permanent installation in automated stations and robot cells, covering 1-5 Nm at 400-1,100 rpm. The machine control triggers each cycle through the external start/stop input, while the shut-off clutch holds the preset torque with a repeat accuracy of ±3 %.

Application
The screwdriver is mounted in screwdriving stations, handling systems and robot cells and is triggered by the machine control. Typical work is on ESD-sensitive assemblies in electronics manufacturing, where every screw joint has to receive the same torque.
Compatibility
Operation requires the YFC-35D control unit with 230 V AC mains supply and 30 V DC driver voltage. Matching accessories are the 901-0110 vacuum attachment, the 587-0002 protective cap and the 518-0029, 518-0078, 518-0032 and 518-0031 connecting cables.
