Control unit for ESD electric screwdrivers DLV02SL, DLV12SL and DLV16SL, 20 - 30 V DC - Delvo DLC16S-WGB

An electric screwdriver of the DLV02SL, DLV12SL or DLV16SL range does not run without a control unit. This unit does both jobs, it feeds the screwdriver with 20 to 30 V DC and sets its speed, while running itself from an ordinary socket at 100 to 240 V AC.

Matching accessories

The unit drives the screwdrivers DLV02SL-BKE and DLV02SL-CKE, DLV12SL-BKE and DLV12SL-CKE as well as DLV16SL-BKE and DLV16SL-CKE. Models ending in BKE are the dissipative ESD versions, models ending in CKE the standard variant.

ESD design

The control unit belongs to the BKE range of ESD screwdrivers and is intended for use in an EPA set up to IEC 61340-5-1. Protection comes from the whole chain, the dissipative screwdriver, the earthed work surface and the wrist strap carry charges away in a controlled manner before they reach a component.
