Quick connect coupling 210 Cupla 210-2P, steel - Nitto Kohki 364102200

On construction machinery and hydraulic control equipment the joint is broken several times a day, and no oil should escape when it is. The Nitto Kohki 210 Cupla works up to 20.6 MPa and shuts off in socket and plug at the same time when parted.

• Working pressure up to 20.6 MPa (206 bar, 2990 PSI) for general purpose hydraulics
• Shut-off valves in both socket and plug close on disconnection, so the oil stays in the line
• Flow path designed for low pressure loss, the minimum cross-sectional area runs from 24.5 mm² on the 210-2SP to 235.6 mm² on the 210-8SP
• Nickel-plated special steel body, quenched to take pressure impulses
• NBR seal for -20 °C to +80 °C, fluoro rubber (FKM) for -20 °C to +180 °C available on request
• Five sizes from 1/4 inch to 1 inch, operational for vacuum down to 1.3 Pa in the connected state

Compatibility

Sockets and plugs of different sizes cannot be connected. There is no interchangeability between the 210 Cupla and the HSP Cupla or the 280 Cupla, even where individual sizes look similar. Once coupled, fluid flows in either direction.

Standards and compliance

End connections are female Rc 1/4 to Rc 1 threads, the sealing materials are nitrile rubber (NBR, marked SG) as standard and fluoro rubber (FKM, marked X-100) on request.
