Operating principle
- Hydraulic CUPLA with a working pressure of 20.6 MPa {210 kgf/cm2}.
- Structure is designed to reduce pressure loss to the lowest, and is suitable for hydraulic applications that need big flow rates.
- Both socket and plug have built-in automatic shut-off valves that prevent fluid outflow when disconnected.
- The body material is quenched to cope especially with impulses.
- Various end configurations.
- Fluid flow can be bi-directional when socket and plug are connected.

Choose 210 CUPLA when the hydraulic line runs at up to 20.6 MPa {210 kgf/cm2} and needs two-way shut-off together with low pressure loss at large flow rates. For higher pressure, the siblings are 280 CUPLA at 27.5 to 31.5 MPa {281 to 321 kgf/cm2}, 350 CUPLA at 34.5 MPa {352 kgf/cm2}, 450B CUPLA at 44.1 MPa {450 kgf/cm2} and 700R CUPLA at 68.6 MPa {700 kgf/cm2}. HSP CUPLA, HYPER HSP CUPLA, HSU CUPLA and S210 CUPLA cover the same pressure class with the same two-way shut-off, but they are separate series and 210 CUPLA is not interchangeable with HSP CUPLA.
