StepCut cable shears with step cut for cables up to Ø 15 mm, 160 mm, on self-service card - Knipex 95 11 160 SB

On site and in the control cabinet a cable has to be cut through quickly without crushing the cores and deforming the cross-section. The StepCut cable shears 95 11 160 cut fine-stranded copper and aluminium multi-core cables up to Ø 15 mm (50 mm²) and stay small enough for the tool pouch at an overall length of 160 mm.

Areas of use

Electrical installation, control cabinet and control system building, field assembly and service work. The short design pays off wherever cables up to 50 mm² have to be cut one-handed in confined spaces. The shears are not suitable for steel wire or hard drawn copper conductors.

Packaging

The suffix SB marks the self-service packaging. Tool and finish are identical to version 95 11 160, but the shears are supplied on a blister card for the sales display.
