ESD workstation mat EFB Bubble, round studs, 900 x 1200 mm, with DK10 snap

Standing for hours calls for a surface that eases the load on the feet and safely drains static charge at the same time. This workstation mat in foamed polyurethane with a 15 mm round-stud profile does both, with a resistance of 3 x 10E7 to 4 x 10E7 Ohm in the dissipative range. At 900 x 1200 mm the mat gives more room to move in front of the bench, so a step to the side or a change between two positions still stays on the mat. A DK10 snap is already fitted, so the ground cord clips straight onto the mat.

Applications

Workbenches and assembly stations in electronics manufacturing where the operator moves sideways, and test benches with several instruments side by side. The mat is made for dry areas, and the open-pore surface is cleaned dry only. A yellow edge strip is available as an option, the strip itself is not ESD-capable. The mat is available in other formats.
