Statfree i Conductive Anti-Fatigue Interlocking Rubber Mat, 12.7 mm x 0.6 m x 0.9 m, Black - Desco 80650

Hours of standing at a soldering station or assembly line strain feet, joints and back. Statfree i relieves the load with a 12.7 mm dome and support cell structure and grounds the operator through ESD footwear at 1 x 10⁴ to < 1 x 10⁶ ohms. Each mat measures 0.6 m x 0.9 m and links to further mats via the patented interlocking strip.

Applications

Conductive floor mat for standing workstations at soldering stations, test benches and assembly lines, including cleanrooms. Several mats clip together into a continuous surface along a line. Laid on a grounded ESD floor, the mat needs no separate grounding hardware, otherwise connect it with a floor grounding kit. Clean with an ESD mat cleaner such as Reztore.

Standards

Meets the ESD flooring requirements of EN 61340-5-1, resistance measured per IEC 61340-4-1 by an independent test laboratory. Verify Rg periodically with a surface resistance meter. RoHS compliant, lead-free.
