Metal-In ESD shielding bag, heat-sealable, 127 x 203 mm

This Metal-In shielding bag in 127 x 203 mm (width x height) protects narrow modules, memory sticks and small plug-in cards against external electrostatic fields and discharges. The aluminium layer is embedded between PET and PE and forms a Faraday cage around the contents. The metallisation is therefore protected from abrasion, while the film stays transparent enough to check contents and labels without opening the bag.

Applications

The narrow, taller format suits memory modules, small plug-in cards, display modules and elongated sensor assemblies. Parts fit without much excess film, and the bag can be sealed directly above the assembly after filling. The bag is also available in other formats.
