Description
This shielding bag with an embedded metal layer protects sensitive electronics against electrostatic discharge during storage and shipping. At 200 x 305 mm (width x height) it is sized for longer PCBs, plug-in boards and controller boards. After filling, the opening is heat-sealed, and the transparent film keeps the contents visible.

- Dissipative inside and out: surface resistance from 10E4 ohm to below 10E9 ohm on both sides.
- Heat-sealable: closed with a bag sealer, the bag stays shut until it is opened at the destination.
- Check without opening: part and label can be read through the transparent film, and the printed ESD warning symbol marks the contents.
Applications
The extra height compared with shorter sizes leaves room for boards with a front panel or for an assembly packed together with its test report. The bag keeps parts protected outside the EPA as well, for example when shipping to customers or between sites. The range is available in further sizes.
