Assemblies built under cleanroom conditions lose that advantage the moment they go into ordinary transport packaging. The PCL100 shielding bag is certified to IEST-STD-CC1246E for cleanroom class 100 and shields against electrostatic fields through a metallised layer in a Metal-In construction.

It also suits the return of repaired parts into the ESD protected area, because incoming inspection can see the contents and the shielding stays intact until the bag is cut open.
