Assemblies built under cleanroom conditions lose that advantage the moment they go into ordinary transport packaging. The PCL100 shielding bag is certified to IEST-STD-CC1246E for cleanroom class 100 and shields against electrostatic fields through a metallised layer in a Metal-In construction.

Application

Packing, buffering and shipping of printed circuit boards, sensors, optics and storage components that leave a cleanroom process. It also suits the return of repaired parts into the ESD protected area, because incoming inspection can see the contents and the shielding stays intact until the bag is cut open.
