Cleanroom Shielding Bag PCL100 Metal-In, Heat Sealable, Pack of 100 - A1-ESD EP0701310

Once an assembly crosses the cleanroom boundary, the packaging decides whether particle cleanliness and ESD protection survive. The PCL100 shielding bag covers both. It is certified to IEST-STD-CC1246E for cleanroom class 100 and carries a metallised aluminium layer in a Metal-In laminate.

Technical data

Application

For printed circuit boards, displays, optics and drive components produced close to a cleanroom and then stored or shipped. The bag also fits goods-in handling and repair returns inside the ESD protected area, because the shielding stays closed until it is cut open.
