SCS ESD shielding and moisture barrier bag, 150 x 610 mm, film thickness 0.091 mm

Moisture-sensitive electronics need two barriers during storage and shipping: one against water vapour and one against electrostatic fields. This 150 x 610 mm bag provides both in a single film. The aluminium layer in the polyester, aluminium and polyurethane laminate gives a defined, low water vapour transmission rate and shields discharges to below 10 nJ.

Applications

The long, narrow format suits elongated PCBs, LED strips and connector strips that would shift around in a wider bag. Less trapped air remains inside, which makes vacuum sealing and dry storage with desiccant easier. The range is also available in other sizes.
