Dissipative Layer Pad 357 x 246 mm for 48/50-TSC, CSC and MB Containers - A1-ESD EP0704123

When assemblies are stacked inside a container, component leads and solder sides press onto the layer below, and today's scratch is tomorrow's rework. This dissipative layer pad, 357 x 246 mm, fits the Cortronic containers 48/50-TSC, CSC and MB and places a flat, charge-draining divider between two layers.

Applications

Used across the EPA wherever populated boards or housing parts travel layer by layer in a carton container, for instance between placement, test and dispatch. One pad goes on top of each finished tier while filling, and comes off again on its own when the container is emptied, leaving the tier below untouched.
