PUR Foam AS35 Dissipative, Pink, 553 x 353 mm, 10 mm Thick - A1-ESD EP0705121

Anyone moving populated assemblies in containers needs an insert that cushions and still drains charge. This PUR sheet, cut to 553 x 353 mm, is set up dissipative at 10E7 to 10E11 ohm. At 10 mm it sits between the flat 6 mm layer and the thick 15 mm layer of the range and gives noticeably more travel than a plain base cover.

Application

Common uses are a cushioned base layer in ESD cartons, an interleaf between stacked boards, and a rest for units under test at the measuring bench inside the EPA. The 10 mm let leads and connector headers sink in rather than bearing on a hard surface.
