ESD Foam Sheet PUR ELHart Conductive, 553 x 353 x 10 mm, Hard, Black - A1-ESD EP0705150

Heavier assemblies press through soft inserts and lose their seat. This PUR foam ELHart sheet uses a hard material grade, measures 553 x 353 mm at 10 mm thickness and dissipates conductively at 10E3 to 10E4 ohm. The hard grade gives way very little under load.

Application

Inside the ESD protected area the sheet serves as an insert in cartons, stacking containers and workpiece carriers. Typical contents are populated boards, connectors and small parts that must neither shift between two operations nor touch a charged surface. The foam can be trimmed with a knife to the inner dimensions of the container.

The series covers further thicknesses (6 mm). This article is the 10 mm version.
