PUR Foam EL23 Conductive, Black, 553 x 353 mm, 15 mm Thick - A1-ESD EP0705137

Assemblies with exposed leads need a support that drains charge immediately instead of holding it. This sheet of PUR foam EL23 measures 553 x 353 mm at 15 mm thickness and is set up conductive at 10E3 to 10E4 ohm. The material depth is sufficient for cutting compartments and contours rather than simply laying parts flat.

Application

The sheet serves as a base layer in ESD containers and cartons, as an interleaf when stacking populated assemblies, and as carrier material for cut compartments during transport inside the EPA. For connectors and parts with pins the conductive setting provides the fast charge drain.
