The Karl Sintro docking function enables adjacent workstations to be mechanically coupled so that electrically powered height-adjustable frames move in precise synchrony across a combined work surface spanning up to several metres. Surface resistance of ESD-compliant Sintro worktops is verified at 10⁵-10⁹ Ω per IEC 61340-5-1, and the structural steel frame carries static loads up to 150 kg per unit while maintaining a total system resistance < 3.5 x 10⁷ Ω for EPA-compliant grounding.
As an authorised distributor for Karl ESD workstation systems, esd.equipment stocks all 17 docking function articles - mechanical coupling brackets, synchronisation cables, and frame connector sets - ready for immediate dispatch. Every component is tested and documented in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-2 to guarantee long-term ESD protection across multi-station assembly lines.
