The Karl SINTRO-Car is a mobile workstation based on the SINTRO system. The base unit consists of a steel frame in two widths (970 mm and 1370 mm) and two heights (approx. 1000/1100 mm and 1500/1600 mm), fitted with four swivel castors or floor gliders. Drawer blocks in types F0 (606x540x611 mm), F1 (606x540x503 mm) and F4 (606x540x313 mm) store tools and small parts; an ESD rubber mat (666x540x2 mm) protects the work surface against electrostatic discharge. Decorative elements (190x190 mm, HxD) are available in several colours.

Typical applications: Mobile provisioning station for tools and components in flexible production lines, mobile service trolley for maintenance and repair tasks, dockable satellite workstation at fixed SINTRO table frames, and supply unit in assembly and storage areas with changing locations. The ESD rubber mat enables use in EPA zones.
