Treston additional superstructures for lighting are frames and overhead assemblies that position luminaires and spring balancers on Treston workbenches. The ESD frames (91849001P-91849012P) each have a 15 kg load capacity and match louvre tube widths M500, M750, M900, M1200, M1350, and M1800 in single and double configurations. Spring balancers (Balancer 2 DU: 0.5-1.0 kg; Balancer 4 DU: 1.0-2.0 kg) retain luminaire and tool cables and reduce operator fatigue with frequently moved items.
KT additional superstructures (KT120, KT150, KT180) add a complete overhead assembly with C-profile rail and trolley for the balancer to TPH workbenches, in widths 1200, 1500, and 1800 mm matching TPH712/TPH715/TPH918. The C-profile rails SPR150 and SPR180 (lengths 1500 and 1800 mm) allow retrofitting of existing KT assemblies.

Typical applications: Assembly and test workstations with precise luminaire positioning over the work area, soldering workstations with spring balancers for tip cleaners and hand soldering stations up to 2 kg, placement lines with multiple luminaires on wide 2xM900 or 4xM500 frames, and retrofitting of TPH workbenches via KT superstructure kits.
