Insert Basket Stainless Steel for RK 31/H, DT 31/H - Bandelin Sonorex K 08

The K 08 stainless steel insert basket holds the load in the matching Sonorex ultrasonic baths. It positions the parts about 1 to 2 cm above the tank floor, exactly in the most effective area of the cavitation field, and prevents direct contact with the oscillating tank, which would otherwise cause abrasion to both the load and the tank.

Benefits

• Keeps the load in the optimal cavitation zone, 1 to 2 cm above the floor
• Protects the oscillating tank and the parts from abrasion
• Convenient loading and removal without contact with the cleaning liquid
• Corrosion-resistant stainless steel, durable and easy to clean
• Marked as a Medical Device Class I, CE compliant

Applications

For holding cleaning items such as instruments, components and workpieces in ultrasonic cleaning. The load can be lifted out conveniently for rinsing after the cycle, without the user touching the cleaning liquid.

Compatible with the Bandelin RK 31/H, DT 31/H ultrasonic baths.
