Beam diameter 3 mm, suitable for UW 50, SH 100 G and SH 200 G (HD 4100 and HD 4200) and HD 4050. Sonotrodes transmit the mechanical vibrations into the sample, are thermostable, autoclavable and resistant to corrosive media. Sample volume, vessel diameter and desired amplitude determine instrument selection and sonotrode type. A high amplitude means a particularly intensive sonication. The sonotrode is connected to step or booster horns. All BANDELIN sonotrodes are made of the titanium alloy TiAl6V4 (3.7165).
