Beam diameter 4 mm, suitable for UW 50, SH 100 G and SH 200 G (HD 4050, HD 4100 and HD 4200). Sonotrodes transmit the mechanical vibrations into the sample, are thermostable, autoclavable and resistant to corrosive media. Sample volume, vessel diameter and desired amplitude determine the choice of instrument and type of sonotrode. A high amplitude means a particularly intensive sonication. The sonotrode is connected to step or booster horns. All BANDELIN sonotrodes are made of the titanium alloy TiAl6V4 (3.7165).
