The Sonopuls TS 225 is a titanium sonotrode with a 25 mm tip diameter for SONOPULS ultrasonic homogenizers. It transmits the mechanical ultrasonic vibrations into the sample with low loss and fits SH 200 G (HD 4200). Sample volume, vessel diameter and the desired amplitude determine the choice of device and sonotrode, with a higher amplitude giving more intense sonication.
