Flow-through sonication vessels made of stainless steel for direct sonication for emulsifying, mixing or homogenising.
The flow-through sonotrode is mounted directly to the external thread of the step or booster horn. The liquid is pumped from below against the sound-emitting surface of the horn, passes directly through the cavitation field and leaves the chamber via the outlet. Circuit sonication is also possible.
The sonication level depends on the set amplitude as well as the flow rate.
