The MS 72 microtip is the liquid-contacting part of the SONOPULS system and transfers the mechanical vibrations directly into the sample. Its particularly thin tip enables the sonication of small volumes at high amplitude and thus high ultrasonic effect, ideal for demanding micro samples in the lab.
Benefits
- Particularly thin tip for sonicating small volumes
- High amplitude and strong ultrasonic effect in the smallest space
- Made of TiAl6V4 titanium alloy (3.7165), thermostable and autoclavable
- Resistant to corrosive media
- Connects to step or booster horns

Applications
For the sonication of small sample quantities in the lab, such as cell and bacteria disruption, sample preparation and reaction acceleration in chemistry. Sample volume, vessel diameter and desired amplitude determine the choice of sonotrode.
Fits step and booster horns. Further sonotrodes and horns are available as Bandelin accessories.
