Glass Beaker 1000 ml for Indirect Sonication - Bandelin Sonorex SD 09

The SD 09 is a glass insert beaker with 1000 ml capacity for indirect sonication. Using the GR 06 ring, the beaker is hung into a perforated lid or insert strip so that aggressive cleaners, abrasive soils or sample liquids can be sonicated without anything reaching the tank floor.

Applications

For example, dental cements can be treated with STAMMOPUR Z in one beaker and dental instruments with STAMMOPUR DR 8 in a second beaker at the same time. To transmit the ultrasound the surface tension of the bath water must be reduced, so a cleaning solution such as TICKOPUR R 33 at 3 percent is used as coupling liquid.
