Vacuum Pick-up Screwdriver for Automation 0.3-1.0 Nm - HIOS BLFQ-5000 H5

The HIOS BLFQ-5000 H5 is a brushless vacuum pick-up screwdriver for assembly machines and robot cells. The suction attachment picks up the screw by negative pressure and holds it securely on the bit tip until it is tightened. This simplifies screw feeding and also works with screws a magnetic bit cannot hold.

• Two speed ranges, 115 to 320 rpm and 660 to 940 rpm, each selectable in 11 steps via the power supply
• Suction attachment for vacuum screw pick-up, 3.5 m hose

• Forward and reverse rotation via an external control such as a PLC or sequencer
• HIOS H5 bit drive (Ø 5 mm)

Application

For automated fastening of small screws in electronics and device assembly, especially where stainless steel or brass screws are fed or the screw has to be held free before it is set.

Compatibility

Operated with the BLT-AY61E-EUHK power supply and the BLF7-0612-VI driver cord, both sold separately. The mouthpiece matching the screw (vacuum sleeve) and the vacuum pump are not included. Bits with a 1/4 inch hex shank do not fit the suction attachment. For 1/4 inch HEX without vacuum, choose the BLF-5000X.
