Electric Screwdriver for Automation 0.3-1.0 Nm - HIOS BLF-5000X

The HIOS BLF-5000X is built for automated screw-driving systems and delivers a preset torque of 0.3 to 1.0 Nm for repeatable fastening.

• Torque range 0.3 to 1.0 Nm with stepless adjustment for uniform results
• Two speed steps, 115 to 320 rpm and 660 to 940 rpm, selectable via the power supply
• Reverse rotation controlled through the BLT-AY-61 DC power supply
• Simple structure for long service life and easy maintenance
• 1/4 inch hex bit drive (6.35 mm) for standard HEX bits

Application

Suited to automated fastening of small to medium screws in electronics and device assembly.

Compatibility

Operated with the BLT-AY-61 DC power supply, which provides reverse rotation and speed-step switching.

The BLF7-0612-VI driver cord is required for connection. A vacuum pick-up version with HIOS H5 bit drive is available as the BLFQ-5000 H5.
