Controller for BLF Drivers with 2WS and Reverse - HIOS BLT-AY61E-EUHK

The BLT-AY61E-EUHK powers and controls automatic brushless HIOS BLF screwdrivers. Output voltage is switchable in eleven steps per range, setting the rotation speed precisely for each fastening job.

• Output voltage LOW 5 to 15 V and HI 20 to 30 V, each range adjustable in 11 steps
• Two speed (2WS) and reverse as standard
• Connects to a PLC or sequencer for forward, reverse and speed shift
• Brushless drive with no carbon brushes, low maintenance

Application

For automated fastening in assembly cells where speed and direction are set by a higher-level control.

For HIOS BLF screwdrivers including BLF-2000 and BLF-5000 as well as PGF-3000 and PGF-5000.
