The HIOS BLG-5000XBC2-15 is the high-speed version of the BLG-5000BC2 with a 1/4" hex bit holder. It works at 0.3 to 1.0 Nm and up to 1,500 rpm and monitors every fastening with its integrated pulse system and built-in screw counter.

Application
For series assembly of M2.3 to M3 screws in electronics and device manufacturing, where high speed, 1/4" bits and complete verification of every fastening are required.
Compatibility
Operates with the BLC-70-EU-HK controller, HI speed setting only. Replacement cable: RP50-CL (6-pin, 2 m). VMS-40 and VMS-50 screwdriver stands with the VMS-0900-BLG45 adapter. Torque verification with the HP-10 2025 torque tester. Optional: BLG-BC2-3012 I/O cable, BLG-IF2 converter and BLG-IO-pro1 I/O box. Further variants: BLG-5000XBC2 and BLG-5000XBC2-18.
