Brushless Electric Screwdriver 0.5-3.0 Nm, 230 V, Push Start - HIOS VB-3012PSX

The HIOS VB-3012PSX is a brushless electric screwdriver for M3-M5 screws with a torque range of 0.5-3.0 Nm. It connects directly to 220-240 V and needs neither a power supply nor a controller. The shut-off clutch ends the fastening cycle at the set torque, and the brushless motor runs without carbon dust and with little maintenance.

Application

For series assembly of M3-M5 screws in device manufacturing, electrical engineering and subassembly production where a screwdriver is to run directly at the workstation without a separate power supply.

Compatibility

Matching HIOS accessories: pistol grip attachment for push start PAB-18PS and screwdriver holder for the VMS stand VMS-0900-VB18PS. The HIOS HP-100 2025 torque meter is suitable for checking the set torque. The lever start version is available as VB-3012X, and VB-4504PSX and VBH-1820PSX cover higher torques. No controller is required.
