Brushless ESD Electric Screwdriver with Count Control 0.7-2.8 Nm, 1/4" - HIOS BLG-7000XBC2

The HIOS BLG-7000XBC2 is the highest-torque handheld model of the BLG-BC2 series. With 0.7 to 2.8 Nm and a 1/4" hex bit holder it drives screws up to M5 and verifies every fastening with its integrated pulse system and built-in screw counter.

Application

For assembling M2.6 to M5 screws in electronics, device and control cabinet manufacturing, where higher torques are to be combined with verification of every single fastening.

Compatibility

Operates with the BLC-70-EU-HK controller, HI speed setting only. Replacement cable: RP50-CL (6-pin, 2 m). VMS-40 and VMS-50 screwdriver stands with the VMS-0900-BLG45 adapter. Torque verification with the HP-100 2025 torque tester. Optional: BLG-BC2-3012 I/O cable, BLG-IF2 converter and BLG-IO-pro1 I/O box.
