The WT 5 base body (455 x 455 mm) is the mechanical interface between the transfer system and the carrying plate with workpiece fixtures. PE-UHMW construction delivers high wear resistance and ESD compatibility - suitable for electrostatic-protected assembly areas. Optimized contours ease movement through curves, and stop gate stops on both the interior and exterior of the pallet surface (in the longitudinal conveyor direction) enable precise positioning. Compatible with mobile data tags from the ID 200 RFID system.
