The Positioning Unit PE 2/LS B240*LT400 is a pneumatic lift-and-locate unit for the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system. It raises workpiece pallets out of the moving conveyor, positions them repeatably, and holds them steady for assembly or machining operations. A repetition accuracy of ±0.1 mm and a permissible vertical process force of 300 N make it suitable for demanding production lines. The ESD-safe design protects electrostatically sensitive assemblies throughout the process.
