BS 1/S Belt Section with Toothed Belt, ESD-Compatible, up to 5480 mm - Bosch Rexroth 3842998909

The BS 1/S belt section is a ready-to-operate conveyor unit with an integrated drive, designed for longitudinal transport of workpiece pallets and - in combination with two HQ 1/U lift transverse units - for transverse transfer between parallel conveyor lines. The segmented profile allows up to three additional longitudinal cuts, so individual segments can be removed independently for flexible line layouts and more efficient transport of the section itself.

• Section load up to 30 kg in accumulation operation
• ESD-compatible: toothed belt with mesh top, suitable for EPA environments
• Motor mounting right (R), left (L), or center (M) when track width b = 160 mm or 161-720 mm
• Motor connection via cable/plug (AT = S) or terminal box (AT = K)
• Connects with standard profile connectors; delivered assembled, motor supplied separately
• Two, three, or four cross connectors supplied depending on section length
