The HP 2/L LS lift and positioning unit precisely and repeatably positions WT 2 workpiece pallets within the Bosch Rexroth transfer system. The integrated Ø 40 mm lifting cylinder with damping at both end positions provides an infinitely adjustable stroke range from 0 to 240 mm across five stroke-range settings - achieving a repetition accuracy of 0.05 mm for strokes up to 204 mm. The lifting cylinder can be exchanged without disassembling the lift plate, significantly reducing maintenance downtime. A space-saving design with inner WT stop supports both central (HA = 0) and offset (HA = 1, for b = 240 mm only) configurations.
