The ELT Transverse Conveyor EQ 2/TR 90 LS bridges two parallel longitudinal sections at a 90 mm centre distance, transferring workpiece pallets smoothly between lines. Supplied as a ready-assembled macro module, it is rated for use in electrostatic protected areas (EPA) and accepts pallets up to 30 kg total weight.

  • Toothed belt conveyor medium - suitable for EPA/ESD-sensitive environments
  • Three lifting cylinders enabling 2 (top, centre) or 3 (top, centre, bottom) lift positions
  • Reversible operation; accumulation mode not permitted
  • Compatible with ST 2/... sections (45 mm profile width) and ST 2/...-H sections (50 mm profile width)
  • 6 mm pneumatic straight connection, operating pressure 4-6 bar
  • Scope of delivery includes fastening material, pneumatic equipment, position sensing kit (2x sensors) and protective housing
