This ESD version works with a 180° turning angle, 240 mm track width and 90 mm lift and is also suitable when components are mounted at the side of the pallet. It integrates into the TS 2plus transfer system and allows work operations without additional applied forces.

Details

The HD 2 lift-rotate unit turns the workpiece pallet into the required orientation within the TS 2plus transfer system while lifting it above the conveyor level. In recirculating systems without curves it keeps the workpiece pallet in a constant orientation, so the front stays at the front. This ESD version is designed for a 240 mm track width and turns through 180°.
