The HD 2 lift-rotate unit turns the workpiece pallet into the required orientation within the TS 2plus transfer system while lifting it above the conveyor level. In recirculating systems without curves it keeps the workpiece pallet in a constant orientation, so the front stays at the front. This ESD version is designed for a 240 mm track width and turns through 180°.

• 90 mm lift above conveyor level, also suitable when components are mounted at the side, such as identification and data storage modules
