The HD 2/H BG 2 lift rotate unit (part number 3842998761) is a pneumatic assembly for Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow transfer systems. It lifts the workpiece pallet and rotates it to the required orientation - 90° or 180° - depending on pallet geometry and process requirements. For 90° rotation, the return stroke runs below the belt in parallel with pallet changeover, keeping cycle times short.
