The HD 2 lift-rotate unit turns the workpiece pallet of the TS 2plus transfer system into the required orientation. In recirculating systems without curves it maintains a constant pallet orientation, so the front stays the front.

This version lifts the workpiece pallet 40 mm above conveyor level and turns it by 90°. The 40 mm lift version is suitable for turning the pallet directly above the conveyor section. Work operations on the HD 2 are permitted without additional applied forces.
