The Bosch Rexroth 40x80L strut profile is an extruded aluminum section on a 40 mm modular grid, designed for manual and automated assembly frames, conveyor structures, and machine guarding. Six open slots running the full length of the profile (slot width 10 mm) allow stepless positioning of connectors, linear guides, and add-on components. Factory machining - M12 threads in all core bores, D17 drillings in slots B/F and C/E, D17V drillings in slots A/D - eliminates secondary operations on site. The profile is supplied cut to length; minimum cut length is 60 mm, maximum is 6000 mm.
