The 100x100L strut profile is the heaviest standard profile in the Bosch Rexroth profile system, designed for load-bearing frames, machine enclosures, and assembly lines subject to high bending and torsional loads. An area moment of inertia of 318.3 cm⁴ in both axes and a torsional moment of resistance of 31.4 cm³ deliver symmetric stiffness for three-dimensional structures. The anodized aluminum profile is supplied cut to the specified length, with M12 threads in all core holes, D17 bores in slots C/H and D/G, and D17V bores in slots A/F and B/E.
