The 100x100L strut profile is the heavy-duty aluminum structural profile for load-bearing assemblies in the Bosch Rexroth Aluminum Profile System. With an area moment of inertia of 318.3 cm⁴ in both axes and a profile surface area of 29.9 cm², it delivers the bending and torsional stiffness required for machine frames, protective enclosures, and modular industrial structures. Eight open slots (slot 10, modular dimension 50 mm) allow connectors, brackets, and attachments to be added on all four sides without repositioning. Factory machining - M12 threads in all core holes, D17 bores in slots C/H and D/G, D17V bores in slots A/F and B/E - eliminates secondary operations and allows direct assembly. The anodized aluminum surface (natural color) provides lasting corrosion resistance.
