Description

The Strut Profile 90x90L 4N is an anodized aluminum extrusion with a 90x90 mm square cross-section and four open peripheral slots. As a core structural element in the Bosch Rexroth modular profile system, it is used in machine frames, workbenches, safety guarding, and fixture construction.

Four open slots (10 mm wide, 45 mm modular pitch) allow tool-free connections at any point along the profile length.
Cut-to-length delivery from 50 mm to 6070 mm eliminates rework and reduces material waste on-site.
High bending stiffness: area moment of inertia Ix = 227.4 cm⁴ (x-direction) and Iy = 214.7 cm⁴ (y-direction) at a profile cross-section of 24.2 cm².
Standard profile finishing M12 / D9.8 / D17 / DB17 available ex-works; customized finishing (DI, DIS, MT, MTS, MI, MIS, DG up to 45°) available on request.
