The XLean Flow Rack is a configurable gravity-feed rack for material supply at supermarket buffers or directly at the workstation. Steel tubular profiles and plastic rollers (28 mm diameter) form the basis of a low-maintenance, cost-effective system. Width, height, depth, number of lanes, and all other parameters are freely selected via order configuration.

• Two load versions: 400 kg or 2000 kg capacity depending on configuration
• Wide size range: width 400-1500 mm, height 600-2000 mm, depth 400-6000 mm
• Supplied fully assembled or as a kit for self-assembly - reduces installation effort or shipping cost
• ESD-conductive version available for sensitive electronics assembly environments
• Three cross tie types: tubular cross tie, tubular cross tie with bracket, double tubular cross tie
• Choice of leveling foot or swivel caster as base variant
• Optional lateral guides; gradient adjustable 0-10 % (recommended: 6 %)
