Aluminum U-profile conveyor track for Bosch Rexroth Lean assembly systems, supplied fully assembled with rail holders for suspension on tubular cross ties. The Lean conveyor track with rail holder and slide rails is a fully assembled aluminum U-profile conveyor track for Bosch Rexroth Lean shelving and assembly systems. Two conveyor sections (right/left) suspend directly onto tubular cross ties, with a freely selectable horizontal spacing of 355 to 6000 mm to suit virtually any workstation or line width.

  • Slide rail conveyor medium: available with or without integrated lateral guide flange (GS, GSSK) for controlled part flow
  • Lateral guide: selectable with or without side guide to match the application
  • Rail holder: version with or without stop, enabling flow control directly at the cross tie
  • ESD-conductive option: aluminum plain U-profile version available for electrostatic-sensitive components
  • Gradient: 0 to 10 %, recommended 6 % for gravity-driven part flow
  • Delivery: fully assembled and ready to install
