The Lean conveyor track with rail holder and roller elements is a configurable aluminum U-profile gravity-flow system for Lean production and assembly lines. Delivered fully assembled, each unit comprises two conveyor sections (right and left) with integrated rail holders that suspend directly onto tubular cross ties of the Lean rack structure.

• Roller elements RE45 and RE45SK - with or without roller flange - provide positive part guidance; multi-color rollers support Kanban visualization of supply status or good/reject sorting.
• Horizontal distance between tubular cross ties (TM) freely selectable from 355 to 6000 mm to suit any line layout.
• Gradient adjustable from 0 to 10 %, recommended 6 % for reliable gravity-driven flow without external drive.
• Lateral guide and stop options: with or without lateral guide; rail holder available with or without integrated stop.
• ESD-conductive version available (U-profile: aluminum plain) for electrostatic-sensitive manufacturing environments.
• Scope of delivery: two conveyor sections right/left with rail holders, fully assembled, packaging unit 1.
