The Lean conveyor track with stop plate connects manual workstations in assembly lines and intralogistics flows. The aluminum U-profile accepts roller elements with or without roller flange (RE45, RE45SK) and can be configured in lengths from 355 mm to 6000 mm. Each unit is delivered fully assembled as a matched pair of right and left conveyor sections complete with stop plates.

  • Roller elements with or without roller flange - four colors available for kanban or good/reject-parts visualization
  • Rail holder with or without stop for controlled workpiece buffering
  • Optional lateral guide for directed material flow
  • ESD-conductive version available (U-profile: aluminum plain)
