The CSS/NT-4 belt section is a four-track longitudinal conveyor for glass modules and panels exposed to process temperatures up to 160 °C - suitable as a transport system immediately after lamination. The special textile toothed belt with Viton coating provides a high friction coefficient, preventing module slippage and allowing high acceleration and deceleration values without accumulation operation.

• Four tracks for uniform support across the full module width; track spacings b1 to b4 individually configurable (min. 180 mm, max. 1000 mm per track)
• Permissible load: max. 0.3 kg/cm support surface length and max. 60 kg per track, max. 120 kg per belt section
• Reversible operation up to 1500 mm section length; not intended for accumulation operation
• Dynamic belt tensioner automatically compensates belt stretching caused by temperature exposure
• Continuous toothed belts can be replaced from the side without realignment - including inner tracks, via couplings on the hexagonal shaft
• Gear motors suitable for operation with frequency converter; motor supplied separately
• Cleanroom-compatible up to class 7 per ISO 14644-1
