Belt Section CSS/NT-5, 5-Track, up to 160 °C, Length 550-3000 mm - Bosch Rexroth 3842998635

The CSS/NT-5 belt section is a longitudinal conveyor for glass modules and temperature-sensitive panels up to 160 °C. It is designed as a post-lamination transport system and rated for cleanroom environments up to class 7 per ISO 14644-1. The conveyor is not intended for accumulation operation.

• Five individually configurable tracks: Track widths b1 to b4 each 180-1000 mm; total width in transport direction 255-2300 mm; minimum spacing bxmin = 350 mm when motor is mounted between tracks.
• Slip-free transport: Special Viton-coated textile toothed belt with high friction coefficient enables high acceleration and deceleration without module displacement.
• Dynamic belt tensioner: Automatically compensates for belt elongation caused by temperature exposure.
• Easy belt replacement: Continuous toothed belts can be removed from the side without realignment; inner tracks accessible via couplings on the hexagonal shaft.
• Reversible operation: Suitable for reversible operation up to 1500 mm section length.
• Frequency converter compatible: Gear motors designed for operation with frequency converters.
• Permissible load: Max. 0.3 kg/cm support surface per track, max. 60 kg per track, max. 120 kg per belt section.
